Lena Di has been a professional photographer since 2015, and a lifetime photography hobbyist. Before 2015, she was in the finance industry for 18 years. 

Leaving the world of finance and discovering photography has been the most wild and correct decision she has ever made. In these last years Lena Di has transformed her life completely. Casting aside the shackles of her previous corporate life, which she always found unfulfilling and depressing, and after much soul-searching, coming to terms with her sexuality, she decided to focus her energy on transforming her passion for photography from a hobby into a career with the primary focus being on female-centered fine art photography. The transition was so quick, she didn’t really have time to think about it. It just happened. She has never been happier doing what she truly loves and is her life's passion. As Lena Di has said "All my life I felt like I didn't know what I was supposed to do. How am I supposed to live without planting any trees." Now that she has found an outlet for her soul, for these last years, Lena Di has been planting a verdant forest.  

Creating beauty, creating memories, living the dream. She learns and studies everyday to perfect what she does. She has never gone to school for photography, she has learned everything herself through an internal fire that keeps burning within her and making her strive to learn more.
